Every product you’ll find here is lovingly designed and hand-drawn by me. I pour a little piece of myself into everything I create – whether it’s a journal, print, or piece of art – with the hope it brings a spark of inspiration, joy, or creativity into your everyday life.

Our products are hand drawn in Brisbane but produced in the US! You should receive your phone case within 14 days, however occasionally production can take a bit longer than usual.

I know it is hard to wait but it is worth it, trust me!!

We cover:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g. faulty printing, damage)
  • Incorrect order

(These issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product)

It does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage (e.g. improper care, scratches, cracks)
  • Change in appearance over time (e.g. damage from excessive sun exposure)

At Nadia Chic & Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and value our customers. These issues are not likely to occur if the case is handled with care. but in the rare occasion that these ‘wear and tear’ issues do take place, they are not covered by warranty.

Returns only permitted for manufacturing defects or faulty items (refer to our warranty policy)
