Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials (e.g., faulty printing, damaged products upon arrival, incorrect orders).

• Issues reported within 30 days of delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper care (e.g., chips or scratches).
• Changes in appearance due to excess exposure to sun (e.g., fading, heavy wear).

Warranty Process

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at [email protected] with the following:

1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2. Photos of the issue.
3. A brief description of the problem.

We will review your claim within 5 business days. If approved, we will provide either:

• A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
• A refund.

Exclusions & Limitations

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Custom or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Nadia Chic & Co is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.

Returns and refunds are only permitted for items that present with manufacturing issues or your item is incorrect. We do not accept change of mind returns or refunds.

Our manufacturing takes place in the United States which means sometimes shipping can vary!

Usually your order should be with you between within 14 business days, however, if there are any delays in production we will let you know as soon as possible via email!
